I have used this on my windows 7 notebook which has no option to change the desktop background [disabled by Microsoft]. It is a superb little prog and I can;t thank Oceanis enough. I was miserable without my personalised desktop. Excellent trouble free little app. I wish I could find Oceanis contact info to thank them.
